If I set up a Scale Box, put a Canvas Panel with a Text widget inside it and turn on line wrapping, I get weird results when resizing the window. The text size is scaled properly, but the line height (space between lines) is kept constant. Here is an example:

I was able to reproduce this issue on our end. I have written up a report ( UE-25263) and I have submitted it to the developers for further consideration. I will provide updates with any pertinent information as it becomes available. One possible workaround for this issue may be to dynamically change your font size when scaling down to try and compensate for the scaling. I hope that this information helps.
