UMG performance option "is Volatile": need confirmation on usage


I saw a new performance option in UMG’s rendering pipeline: “is Volatile”.

I’ve read the popup description but I’m not fully sure I understand what it does. Could you confirm I understand its use properly?

I think it sais that by default the UI elements are cached to gain performance but if the UI is moving/updated every frame it would be beneficial to turn the “Is volatile” on to skip it from being cached?

Could you confirm this is how I should use this feature?
