UMG manually keep Hover State


i hope someone can help me with that issue.

I am looking for a solution to set and reset the hover state of a button. The reason is that i want to have control over widgets with only keyboard. Then i want to create some action mappings for gamepad support.

For Epic Games: It would be really cool, if you could put in a “is focused” state within the whole style of a button. This would solve my problem instantly. So i could manually focus a widget and that widget gets its style from the style settings. Maybe something to consider. Would resolve the "gamepad/game controller support problem.

I know that there is a plugin for that, but i wanna keep my “only blueprint” style. I leave the pure coding to epic games :slight_smile:

Maybe someone has a neat solution.
