UMG Load Errors

I have been making UI systems for my game using UMG and have a few blueprint widgets however when i load my project now, i am starting to get more and more load errors relating to the elements i am using in my widgets.

In addition to this, any widget that has an element throwing up an error has to be recompiled, yet it does so fine. Is there a solution for all these load errors every time i open up the project to work on. Having to go through and recompile every blueprint widget seems to be a bit of a hassle especially when the number of widgets grows.
