UMA analog for Unreal Engine 4

Hi guys!

I develop games on Unity.
Decided to consider Unreal as alternative game engine for my AAA game.

In Unity, I use (Unity Multipurpose Avatar) that provides base humanoid model with riggings and default mesh morphing for each part of avatar.
Also there are a clothing system, hairs and other details for character. But I found that graphics quality of character is worst.

My question - which alternative engines / ready solutions or approaches can I use for Unreal character customization.
