While in Quixel bridge, it would be nice if I could set the texture resolution and mesh resolution for each export preset. Right now, I don’t want to download 8K Textures if I select the Nanite preset. It would be nice if the user experience was something like this:
I find an asset I want to download in Quixel Bridge. I open up the export settings and have two settings.
- Mesh Resolution
- Texture Resolution.
I set the mesh resolution to Nanite and the texture resolution to 4k.
I feel this would be a nice feature to improve the general UX experience of downloading assets from Quixel and allow people to decide exactly what they need rather than being tied down by presets which we have no control over.
