UI textures are pixelated no matter what res or settings I use

I’m trying to make a 2D target in my game using a simple PNG I’ve made in PS. For some reasons, no matter what settings or resolution I use, it looks pixelated. In the screenshot the size is 90x90 and I’ve imported it as 1024x1024.


That’s partially the reason, see how it behaves if you scale down to 64 or 128 instead of 90 - it will look better; also double click the image in the editor and set Compression Settings to UserInterface 2d
