Hello ,

Thank you for posting in the community and sorry to see theses problems. At this time M1 and Monterey are not yet fully supported/compatible so you may experience some unexpected behaviors. Maybe you can try to delete the config file and restart Twinmotion to see if that helps with your issue.

Macintosh HD/Users//Documents/Twinmotion2022.1/Config

Maybe also try to verify the installation from the Epic Games launcher.

What is your screen resolution settings and do you have an extra external monitor connected? Have you found this behavior to happen on other applications? Does it make a difference on what screen the application is on?

Thanks for advices.

  1. ive deleted config folder.
  2. did verifying twinmotion
  3. no any external monitors. only macbook
  4. other apps in MacBook good looking, except Twinmotion.

doesn't help....

in the future EG will fix it? I want to work with Twinmotion. Amazing app. I see strength in this program. Therefore want to buy app. But now its not clean, or how to say it, pixeled.

after couple hours i tried to reinstall epic games and twinmotion.

doesn't help....

Hello ,

We believe this is due to a limitation with the current UI and scaling with the setup on the machine. We have planned to make improvements to the UI in a next release that should help avoid having the issue you are experiencing.
