UE's version of Blender's "Images As Planes"

I’m trying to do a style of 2.5D animation I’ve done many times in After Effects, and also easy to do in Blender with the “images as planes” add-on.
This is the kind of look:

In Blender I import photos in PNGA format with alpha and it’s a simple as that.

I’ve done tons of searching online to find a simple workflow for this style in Unreal Engine but I can’t figure it out, I must be missing something!

So, what is the problem here, exactly?
Camera settings you can adjust in UE. Plane and material with opacity is also available in UE.
