Uefy rigging issue

Hi I’m currently working on the process of uefy (blender to unreal).
I always make sure every time the export selection “add leaf bones” is disabled. Also after importing the skeleton to unreal I change the translation retargeting settings exactly based on this video: Rigging a character for Unreal Engine 4 with Blender, Rigify and Uefy 2 - YouTube

But my model are either floating or sinking. They can’t stand correctly in animations even though I follow all the steps.
I have no idea what’s missing.
