Hello,
I am the team owner of a published UEFN island (Island Code: 4041-8962-5935).
The island is correctly under my Epic account and is currently live. However, the entire original UEFN project files are stored only on the designer’s local computer, and I do not have access to them.
The designer is no longer cooperating and is refusing to provide the project files.
As the island owner, I would like to know if Epic/UEFN has any way to help me recover, transfer, or regain access to the original project files without the designer’s cooperation.
I only have access to the published island, not the project itself.
