I am currently working on the sound ambiance for a multiplayer creative map. What I’m trying to achieve is a system where, as soon as an object (e.g., a ceiling, a tree, but not an entity) is above the player, an ambient sound plays in a loop until there are no more objects above the player. I want to clarify that the sound is individual, meaning only the player with an object above them will hear it.
This is intended to create an indoor sound ambiance. The sound will mainly play inside houses or buildings on the map, but it could also be triggered when the player is in a cave or forest, for example.
