UEFN not starting

I have a problem with the UEFN being unable to launch. On my PC, Fortnite, and UEFN are installed on the “Local Disk E:”, however i had unreal engine and the projects for UEFN saved on the “Local Disk D:” due to the fact that it had more free space, however the hard disk with the “Local Disk D:” partition has failed and is no longer connected to my PC. Now when i try to launch UEFN, i am presented with this error:

Fatal error: [File:D:\build++Fortnite\Sync\Engine\Source\Developer\DerivedDataCache\Private\DerivedDataBackends.cpp] [Line: 197] Unable to use default cache graph ‘InstalledDerivedDataBackendGraph’ because there are no readable or writable nodes available.

This error does not go away even after verifying the UEFN from the Epic Games store and even after uninstalling an reinstalling Fortnite And UEFN.

Can someone help me solve this issue?
