I’m having issues with my map being repeatedly rejected, and the reason provided isn’t clear. I’m not misleading players with the thumbnail, but despite trying different adjustments, I keep running into the same problem, which has now resulted in a suspension. I’ve reached out to Epic Games Support, but all I receive are generic responses or no assistance at all, which is incredibly frustrating. Is there any way to directly contact or email the Moderation Team to get a detailed, personalized review of the issues with my map? This would help me understand the problem or element in the thumbnail giving me issues and ensure I comply with Epic’s rules.
