I’m a UEFN creator.
The map I created is shown below, and my July earnings were removed.

As mentioned on the website above, this map was very successful, reaching over 5,715 concurrent players.
My July earnings should have been credited, but for some reason, the dashboard data showing up until August disappeared, showing $0, and my earnings were not credited.
I think there’s a bug in my UEFN creator account.
Can you fix this and get me my unpaid earnings?
As shown in the attached image, the earnings from July 1st to July 21st were deleted. Earnings were still showing up even on August 30th. If you’d like, I can submit a screenshot as proof. Payment settlement is extremely important to creators, and this map is so successful that the earnings are unacceptable. This issue must be resolved.
