UEFN CRASHING WHEN PUTTING TEXTURE INTO A MATERIAL

I’m experiencing a very annoying UEFN crash error/bug. I have attached a very brief video showing what happens. It happens every single time I try to drag a texture/png that I imported from my files, into an empty material. I’ve had this problem for actually a GOOD while now but didn’t bother to report it back then a month ago.

I’ve attached some of the files that come up when I open the directory for the crash. Let me know if more is needed…

And, Here is the error code info:

Unhandled Exception: EXCEPTION_ACCESS_VIOLATION reading address 0x0000000000000010

Hello, one suggestion would be do so.

  1. Open the Epic Games Launcher.
  2. In the top-right corner, click on the initial of your Display Name
  3. Select Settings.
  4. Scroll down and expand Fortnite.
  5. Check the box for Additional Command Line Arguments.
  6. Type: -d3d11
  7. Relaunch Fortnite.
If you want it to be directx12 you will need to delete -d3d11 and uncheck that box.

Just tried it and no luck. Thanks for the suggestion regardless
