@LazyLangfinger, it looks like we need your project so we can get a repro here. Could you send me your files? If you don’t mind, you can zip them up and send them to me in a DM.
any updates?
I send my files to them yesterday but Im also still waiting for any infos
been waiting over a week for some sort of update, whats happening?
I have solved my issue and it could work for others (i have low snapshots, roughly 90)
Im not sure what exactly fixed it but i verified UEFN files and also deleted the Saved and Intermediate files in the AppData, I then relaunched uefn and Launched 2 seperate memory calculation without issues.
Pretty sure it was genuinely cause i had no storage for the snapshot in the Saved and Intermediate files as they together took up like 10 gb.
Hi, can you write what exactly and where you deleted in AppData?
AppData, then UnrealEditorFortnite and then just delete the Saved and Intermediate Folders.
It can do no wrong to delete them so try it.
But for me it didnt work, but maybe just because I have too many snapshots in my project where it doesnt work.
Thanks, but unfortunately it didn’t work for me.
Okay so Im still to the only one.
Can I ask how many snapshots you have?
(post deleted by author)
i have 70 snapshots
Hm Okay
(post deleted by author)
and you?
So youre saying the reason for us not being able to store project snapshots should be that we have the use of OneDrive blocked? But then why do I only have that error with one of my maps
1240 now. But if your error is still not fixed after deleting the folders like the other guy then my snapshots are probably not at fault
I managed to solve the problem in the way described above:
- deleted the Intermediate and Saved folders in the "C:\Users\admin\AppData\Local\UnrealEditorFortnite" directory
- verified in the launcher
- after launching the project, moved the prop and made a new snapshot
after that, the session started and I was able to perform a memory calculation
I also noticed that without making a change and creating a snapshot, everything still does not work, at the moment I managed to make one calculation and reboot the session several times - so far everything works.
Im glad it starts to work for some of you! I will keep trying and eventually get there as well
have you tried to make a new snapshot before launching after deleting the folders?
I just did it again right now and it didnt work for me
