so I have an interesting problem and I was told to ask here by EPIC support!
I am very interested in enrolling for the UEFN student bootcamp, however I am 17 I will not 18 until august 9th 2026. I did notice my birthday is before the publishing dates (due by august 17th) and was wondering if the 18 years old by 26 of June could be waived? I don’t know if its possible or not, but would love help from someone at EPIC! this is the link to the webpage if it helps https://www.unrealengine.com/learning/uefn-student-bootcamp-application-is-open-now. I would like to know how firm that 18 years old requirement is! (if its a legal thing I understand, but worth reaching out since I will 18 before island publishing).
I meet all other criteria including being an active student (I’m a college student who started in spring '26 so my first college semester is done!)
I have the time and a PC that can handle UEFN and Fortnite
