UEFN is useless for those who don’t have a creator code. Too be able to publish a map or even be able to play on a map you made in UEFN with friends you need a creator code. So here is my problem, why allow anyone to download UEFN when you need to have the 1000 follower requirement to even get anything out of it. I understand for the payouts for creators but the fact that you cant play on the maps you make in UEFN with friends because of the requirement is incredibly stupid.
My solution is make it so anyone can publish or at least make the requirement smaller like 100 or 200 followers to publish but you cant make profit off of it until you get more than 1000 followers.
I hear you. I played normal Creative for 3 years before I got my Creator Code. When I saw UEFN thank god I already had my code because if I didn’t I would have not been able to enjoy it. However you can get a code with 1,000 followers by submitting a map to Epic Games using a form. If Epic likes what you gave them, they may waive the requirement. That’s how I got my code.

Where have you seen anything about that?? As far as I’m aware the SAC required has been abolished.
" Whether you’re publishing your island from Fortnite Creative or your project from Unreal Editor for Fortnite (UEFN), the Creative Portal is where you go to publish all your islands. The portal provides everything you’ll need to prepare and submit your island."
When I tried signing up yesterday it was saying I needed the 1k followers.
At this point, you should have built at least one island experience and signed up for the Island Creator Program. The next step in giving your island visibility is to submit the island to Fortnite for publishing."
I think they took that down or something because it constantly says “The Creative Submission Form is currently unavailable while Fortnite is in maintenance.” even when all services are up.
Oof, sorry about that.
I do not think you know this, the 1000 follower requirement has been removed, you just have to be 18 or older to publish and monotise your map.
You can still publish Islands as you can join the Island creator program.
They changed the the requirements on the sign up page after I posted this and thats not the only requirement you need to be in UEFN for 21 of 90 days to be able to register.
have you found a fix?
No you have to be in the editor for 21 out of 90 days when you are registering like they don’t want people to use their editor.
why i want to publish maps
It is hard for me to get 1000 followers could I get a support a creator code for free but I will make a lot of maps I mean a lot I promise you guys
I love making maps in creative I want other people to play my map because I won’t disappoint
