Are the User Interface Blueprint Widget Anchors working properly? I cannot seem to find the anchor component in the Canvas Panel at all. Also, if I add a text component, I cannot add anything else like a progress bar. Any assistance would be highly appreciated.

I see this thread is a few days old, but incase it helps anyone else:
Add a Canvas Panel, then, from the palette, add a Menu Anchor. You should now see anchors in the details menu of your text boxes.
As far as the Progress Bar issue, you cannot add a progress bar within a text box. Pay attention to your hierarchy panel some things cannot be added below others.
How does one add a canvas panel??
