UE5 Root Motion using wrong Axis

I have an issue with my Raven from the Market place with RootMotion Animations.

In UE 4 works as expected:

the same project in UE5, shows a very different result:

Even when RootMotion is disabled, the raven moves in the correct position.
Also Exporting the Animation file to 3DsMax shows the correct result.

So my question is:
In UE5, is there a feature hidden somewhere that corrects the Axis used on the rootmotion processing?
Any help will be greatly appreciated.
