[UE5]Mobile+Procedural foilage broken?

I just started to work on porting my game to mobile and enabled the ES3.1 rendering path in the editor, but this has very noticeable problem with procedural foliage:

anyone ran into this issue/have an idea of what’s wrong?

Discovered the problem, instanced meshes+Masked materials is apparantly a problem. switching to opaque materials restored the models.
