UE5 Matrix Demo Cars deformation an Engine feature?

As the title says. Will the UE5 Matrix demo cars deformation be an engine feature or was that developed just for the demo? I can’t find any information on this unfortunately. No one on Youtube seems to have created something like this with the UE5 preview either.
