UE5 Launch Error

My UE5 crashes after reaching 59%, and after it tells me that I should update my graphics driver (which I can’t update). Attached are my specs, the warning message that pops up before UE5 starts loading, as well as the error log.

Hey @ItsNickeler!

Why can’t you update your graphics driver? It’s unfortunate, but I have to tell you that one is ancient judging by the difference there, and UE5 needs recent drivers. So anyways, why can’t you update it?

Let us know and let’s try to get you set with that driver so you can move forward!

I’ve installed the latest one (Intel HD-UHD-Iris-IrisPro-IrisPlus-Graphics-Driver), as well as updated it on my device manager already.

According to your DxDiag.txt you posted (very helpful!) it’s more than two years old.

The current one is this one:

The link above should take you to the download page on Intel’s site.

Thank you very much! However, it gives me this when I try to install it, saying no driver was found that can be installed on the current device. Attached is the log as well

IntelGFX.log (24.3 KB)

I’m sorry to say this is a problem that you’ll have to contact Intel for.
The log itself says that there is a driver for your graphics chipset that is 31.xxx.xxx, which is higher than you have. I would suggest trying out their customer service line as they are better equipped to deal with your specific problem, now that we know it’s not an Unreal Engine problem.
