UE5 - IK Retargeter and Virtual Bones (Possible Bug)

I thought I would post this here to see if anyone knows for sure whether this is an actual bug or not. If it is not, then please tell me what I’m doing wrong. Here is a video I made demonstrating it.

Summary: Even if I exclude Virtual Bones from the Solver, they are misaligned. They will not point to the IK Bones they are linked too. Deleting them and redoing them fixes it, but when you restart the engine, they resume doing what they were doing before…pointing to empty space…not the bones they were set too.

Also I thought I would add to this that even if I get the IK Hand Bones to be in the general area they are supposed to be, the Virtual bones pointing to them from the hands don’t in fact actually follow them…they point to empty space.
