Upon successful submission, the page would look pretty similar, but there would be a line of text at the bottom that says, “Thank you for your submission.”
Do you happen to remember if this was present? The screenshot cuts off too high for us to be able to tell.
As for the submission, I can confirm that we’ve received a few submissions from you, though I cannot provide any additional information on those as those are with the BizDev team.
