UE5 crashing on launch, haven't gotten any help yet

UE5 crashes on launch every time such as games that are built on UE5 like the Finals, Fortnite, Marvel Rivals, etc. It has been extremely frustrating so I’m hoping you guys can help me fix it once and for all because I felt like I’ve done everything I can. This has been happening for over a year, ever since I played a game that uses UE5.

PC: MSI GE76 Raider Gaming Laptop 2021 (1TB SSD, 16GB RAM) 17.3" FHD 144 Hz, Intel Core i7-1180H (11th Gen), NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3060, Windows 10 64bit (Titanium Blue) 11UE-046 US Model

Troubleshooting steps I took so far:
I felt like I tried everything…
-reinstalling
-steam launch like -d3d11 (worked on the Finals before but now doesn’t)
-updating graphic drivers
-using DDU to do a clean driver installation
-undervolted cpu
-disabled xmp (unsure if I did that since its very different on a laptop)
-verified game files
-turned on core isolation
-removing msi afterburner/rivatuner
-checked for dirextx drivers
-updated bios

Im having the same issue. Just downloaded the software, went to launch it & crashes over and over again.

Hi, just wondering if you have the exact same crash errors as me?

Hi, sorry this isn’t for development. This for game crashes, I know this forum is mostly for devs for but I still haven’t been able to find a solution yet.

Ive been on it still since last post.
I have tried going back another year with drivers.
Both studio and game ready.

I stupidly bought more assets because it was working for me yesterday. haha!
I feel pretty stupid. Thats Unreal Engine 5 though, you get one good day of work done and you feel great about things ands inspired, the next 6 days you end up looking at the REAL Unreal Engine logo, (this one below) and you dont even want to switch the PC on the next day:

I looked through my work logs to see how much time I have had it without crashes and it seems that Thursday lunch times I havent had crashes for the last 3 weeks.
If you can work with just Thursdays you might be alright, sadly for me I am 43 years old though and my game is set in New York City with the entire Manhattan landscape and the possibilities of getting dementia are a possibility before I will be able to finish with that development limitation.
I am already 5.5 months behind with my game due to this problem.

I am glad the developers arent responding though, it allows me to spend time on this forum instead of working.

Heres what I have tried and my potential fix if you want to take a look:

I have found a way to get into the Editor if you are stuck loading in?

Go to the engine.ini and change the RHI to dx11 in the config file.
Boot up the engine.
When in the engine change it back to dx12 and change the scaling back from mobile and setup your rendering setings and shaders and lumen, nanite etc again.
It will reset a lot of your stuff but its allowing me to get into my project at least.

Epic have wrote back to me so when I get a response I will let you know what I am told in way of a fix.

Should work for you for your game too.
