UE5 Crash – “GPU Crashed or D3D Device Removed” on RTX 4090 Gamerock + i9-14900K

Running UE5 with an RTX 4090 (Palit Gamerock) and an i9-14900K. Getting repeated crashes with the message “GPU Crashed or D3D Device Removed”.
The crash happens randomly

Is this a new occurrence since a driver or windows update? If possible, can you complete a clean reinstallation of your graphics drivers?
