UE5 Crash D3D Error

When I use my x370 Gigabyte Gaming, 3090 GTX, 3700X Amd, 64GB Dram I get a D3D crash.
This happened when testing valley of the ancients on UE 5.01, Win 11 updated. Bios is updated.
Clean install using DDU. 512.59 latest drivers.

Nothing is overclocked, computer is optimized for low latency. Nvidia and Windows powersaving is turned off.

Games like SWTOR work with no crashing.

X570 Gigabyte AORUS Master, RTX 3080, AMD Ryzen 7 3800X, 32GB RAM, Windows 11. Has been a consistent issue since UE5 was in early access.

I get this all the time, especially today after adding in a Metahuman as my player character. Already messed with TDR settings as people have suggested in the past, it doesn’t help. I get this crash reporter message:
