UE5 City sample buildings

I am using the City Sample Buildings on my project. But the buildings all seem to be in a blueprint.
When I conver the blueprint

to a static mesh

all i get is the assets at origin

The whole building layout structure is gone, it isnt converted.

Any direction as to how to achieve that?

On another note, this is ment to be exported to Maya, and is there a wato to export geo and materials with textures? OBJ crashes and USD is super heavvy, gltf breaks the uvs and fbx doesnt bring materials and textures with it. Id appreciate some EPIC light on this too

I tried merge actors and get the right shape but most materials are missing. Any success so far?

what merge method did you use? if you use one where you can adjust settings you can control materials merge etc

Thanks, but the material settings are greyed out for some reason. I exported one building with file > export all to test it, but the geometry is way too complex for my game, so I have to use some other buildings.

which UE version do you use?
