UE5 cannot find NETFxSDK instal dir

Got windows 10, visual studio, .NET ver 6. Getting the above error when trying to make a project. tried Installing .NET core 3.1 runtime, .NET 6 runtime and .NET SDK through Vis studio as well. Same Error
