I’ve tried adding from Visual Studios, and I’ve tried adding from Unreal Engine. It always breaks. The only way to get it working again is to delete the Intermediate, Saved, and Binary folders, and rebuild the files, which I have to do at least 10 times a day. This time, even that isn’t working.
I’ve included a screenshot below. As you can see, simply adding an empty file causes 700+ errors in the editor. It won’t build if that file exists.
This is just the newest in a long line of C++ problems I’ve had with this program. It’s been a nightmare.
I’m spending more time trying to get UE to work than working on UE. It’s extremely frustrating, and it really seems like something that should just…work. It’s sort of the whole purpose of the program.
Please help. I’m losing it.
