UE5 / Android Lighting

Hello Unreal community!
I’m developing a scene that needs Android and IOS compatible lighting.
Unfortunately everything looks different in UE5 compared to UE4 and I can’t figure out how to make lights work in ES3.1 or Vulkan when i preview it.
Only directional lights work, anything else is not displayed at all, with any setting, either static, stationary or movable.
I hope you guys can help with this issue,
