Whenever I want to create a new node in a material as simple as it is in the picture, UE5 crashes for 100%. I created a new project, and it’s still the same.
It won’t occur if I right click or use short-cut to create nodes. Neither does it happen in blueprints. Here’s the log after crashes:
Assertion failed: (Index >= 0) & (Index < ArrayNum) [File:D:\build++UE5\Sync\Engine\Source\Runtime\Core\Public\Containers\Array.h] [Line: 1095]
Array index out of bounds: 0 into an array of size 0
Everything was just fine a few days ago before I bought A SECONDARY MONITOR. So I tried to adjust its virtual resolution, turn it on and off through windows setting. The only thing I could do to secondary monitor that I haven’t done is actually unplugging it. But I do need it for my work. That’s why I bought it.
