UE5.6 Need to Package Windows Virtual Scouting

Hello, I am trying to build a PC executable of a scene using virtual scouting tools. It works in the editor, but I cannot find any documentation with steps to package the app as an executable.

I know not all the virtual tools will work outside of the editor but would be more than happy with the viewfinder and the ability to move around the scene.

I am using UE5.6 v2.0 scouting plugin. Outputting to a linked Quest 2 headset.

Any help in this area would be greatly appreciated.
