UE5.6 Metahuman for maya Workflow - Support for changing body joint neutral position?

In the UE5.6 Metahuman for Maya workflow, I noticed that DNA Calibration is no longer supported.
If I want to make adjustments to the skeleton, such as:

  • Changing the body joint neutral position

  • Removing joints

  • Adding joints

  • Renaming joints

Is there any alternative way to rewrite the modified data back into the DNA file?

We ran into the same issue in UE 5.6.

In the current Metahuman for Maya workflow, DNA Calibration appears to be deprecated or unsupported.

We need to modify the skeleton at the DNA level, including:

  • Changing joint neutral positions

  • Removing joints

  • Adding joints

  • Renaming joints

Previously this could be handled through DNA Calibration. With that path gone, is there any supported or unsupported way to write modified skeletal data back into a DNA file?

If not, is the expectation now that skeleton topology and bind pose are fully locked for Metahumans in 5.6?
