I’m teaching MetaHuman animation in the new UE5.6.1, and the Sequencer Motion Blending is not working as it did in previous versions. Right clicking an overlapped clip to “Match with this bone in previous clip” is not having the expected root motion blending. Clips were imported as FBX files from Mixamo and retargeted to the MetaHuman skeleton with no problems and they seem fine on the MetaHuman target until the motion blending is turned on. Blending to a foot or root bone is not additively blending the root motion, but instead it seems to mess up the root animation for both the current and previous clips. This seems to be a major problem in the Sequencer, so I am wondering if this is a known issue and if there are any options for a fix?
