I’m using UE5.5 to test Nanite with tessellation and displacement on a skeletal mesh. I found it didn’t work on the skeletal mesh, I then try the same material on a static mesh(which is a copy of the skeletal mesh) and it works. Please see my attached image. The static mesh and skeletal mesh have exactly the same Nanite setting and material. Does anyone know why it didn’t work on skeletal mesh ? thanks.
