Enabling Use Io Store in the project packaging settings solved the issue for me.
This issue can be replicated easily in the Architecture Collab Viewer template - Create fresh project from the template in UE5.5.1, package and run it → Fatal Error due to stack overflow.
Enable the Io Store, package and run it again → Works as normal
