UE5.5 Import fbx "Use T0As Ref Pose" is not working?

I have a question about Unreal Engine 5.5. It seems that the “Use T0As Ref Pose” option when importing FBX files is not working as expected. Regardless of whether I enable or disable this option, the Morph Target does not use the T0 pose as its reference.
Is this a known issue, or am I missing something in the setup?

It has nothing to do with morph targets.
