UE5.4: How do I 'Remove Gameplay Effects with Tags' in 5.4?

I am following a YouTube tutorial on GAS and at 31:50 it asks to go into the ‘Remove Gameplay Effects with Tags’ section to remove a tag:

Unfortunately, that seems to no longer be an option in version 5.4, as its not in the list of components in the ‘Gameplay Effect’ array:

Gameplay Effects for the Gameplay Ability System in Unreal Engine | Unreal...

I’ve tried using some of the components in an attempt to achieve the same result, but nothing seems to be working. How do I get the same effect as in the video in version 5.4?
