UE5.3 Orthographic Camera: how to?

Hi guys!

I’ve just installed UE5.3 and I am looking for using the orthographic camera… without success yet.

I’m using a “CineCameraActor” and looked for every option. I have looked in the plugin, editor settings and project settings without success. I’ve also looked for another camera actor… I can’t find it…

If you know where to activate the new orthography camera view, please let me know!

And, do you know how to do a 2-points perspective?

Hi,

CineCameraActor only allows for perspective cameras, as it is essentially mirroring a real world camera used in film and television. Long term I hope we can create an orthographic option for it, but for now orthographic is restricted to the regular CameraActor. Just change the projection mode.
