UE5.3.2 unable to find/download prerequisites on launch

I just installed UE 5.3.2 but when I launch it, I get a message titled
“UE Prerequisites (x64)”
and it says,
“The feature you are trying to use in on a network resource that is unavailable. Click OK to try again, or enter an alternate path to a folder containing the installation package ‘UE4PrereqSetup_x64.msi’ in the box below”
I have tried uninstalling/reinstalling, verifying files, running the launcher as administrator, and going into Engine\Extras\Redist\en-us and running the UE4PrereqSetup_x64.exe, which just gives me the same error. Any ideas on how to fix this?

Also, I have tried updating Windows, as well as tried UE 5.2.1 with the same issue.

I also trieed reinstalling the Epic Launcher, updating my VS C++, and added the -SkipBuildPatchPrereq to the end of the target line as well, still no luck

Solution
Actually, I realized, after I reinstalled the launcher, it removed the skip build patch prereq to the targetline, after redoing that, I managed to get it to launch
