[UE5.3.2] Animgraph transition spamming

Hopefully this is the right place to ask about this issue I am having

In my character anim graph I am updating a boolean based on the movement components isCrouched. My transitions seem to all work except when the character starts moving it spams the transition between CrouchIdle and Crouch Walk/Run, which is set if both isCrouched and ShouldMove are true. (I know I need a transition back to CrouchIdle I only temporarily removed it for testing)

I checked the animbp in the blueprint debugger and none of the values are quickly switching so I’m at a total loss

anyone ever had a similar issue and found a possible solution?
