UE5.2 - Control Rig editing very prone to random crashes

I’ve been trying to build a fairly complex control rig but it’s a painful process as the control rig editor seems very prone to random crashes.

I’ve not been able to identify a specific cause.

  • Sometimes it crashes on compiling.

  • Sometimes it crashes when I save.

  • Sometime it crashes when I perform an undo.

  • Sometimes it just crashes, without me doing anything at all.

I really hope they improve the stability of the control rig editor in future.
