UE5 100% GPU usage when opening Context Menu

CPU: Ryzen 7 3700X
RAM: 32GB
UE Version 5.0.3

Hello!

I am currently having an issue ever since i upgraded my GPU then when i open any context menu UE5 spikes to 100% GPU Usage and causes the Editor to stutter and become unusable until i close the menu. I previously used an RTX 2070 Super and it did not have this issue at all. I have tried reinstalling UE on my SSD instead of my HDD. Resetting Adrenalin and changing all sorts of graphics settings in the Editor to no success. This is a fresh windows install as well with the latest Adrenalin Drivers.

Anyone have a fix?

I like answering this one as it happens to literally EVERYONE with fresh windows with Nvidia. It’s windows fault. Most likely your issue here…

Maybe try looking into this…

Hi there,
Have you managed to fix this Issue yet? I have really similar spec as you do. I’ve reset drivers, updated the BiOS, fresh install of Windows, switched GPUs, reinstalled the UE5, used legacy verions of UE5, prayed to Jesus for help, YET NOTHING. You are the only person I could find with the same issue so please tell me you’ve found something.
