UE5.1 When adding new DMX Library Track to a Level Sequence and then add a section, adding a fixture to a section crashes the editor

Right click the Content Draw folder and click Cinematics > Level Sequence
Open Seqence
Click Track and DMX Library Track, select the DMX Library
Right click the track name and click Add Section >New Section
Two sections are added with the same name and not one.
If you then add a Patch to the first section, it crashes
