UE5.1 - some assets not cooked

My Paper2D game which works well in UE4.27, is not quite working in UE5 outside the editor.

All my sprites and flipbooks are there when running in the editor, but when packaged up, cooked or launched for Windows, some (always the same ones) sprites and flipbooks are missing.

When I look in the Content area of Saved\Cooked\Windows, those very same assets are indeed not present. It is also missing one texture asset.

Why always the same ones? They are no different to the other assets.

Sound, material, mesh, particle and AI assets are all present (I don’t have many of them anyway).
