Ever since I upgraded my project to UE 5.1 the terrain has turned Vantablack and I can’t seem to shake it. Tried everything from different materials to resetting the landscape painting layers, the only thing that solves it temporarily is sculpting the terrain this apparently refreshes some part of the code that then properly renders the material.
I am using dxd12, sm6 and nanite and clearing the material so it’s using the world default grid doesn’t turn it black but scales up the material 300%.
