UE5.1 crashes very hour.

Hi, I have been working on a big map in UE5.1. It crashes all the time, almost every hour. Its very annoying. I can’t find the problem. Can anyone please help me read below the fatal error and tell me the exact problem and its solution? Sometimes my PC also gives a blue screen error with WATCHDOG and restarts. Both problems made it very hard to continue working on my project. Thanks
I am using PC windows 11. RTX 3090. 64 GB ram.
